Here in Thai Wholesale Clothing, we go through a very detailed garment construction process to ensure the quality of the garment we produced. From minor details like measurements, choice of button, using of suitable threads to fabric inspection, usage of correct stitches and washing process, we have the professionals to ensure that all these processes are properly followed.
After receiving the apparel design from the designers or customers, we in Thai Wholesale Clothing begins the pre-production. This involves process from sample development, approvals, development work for orders, sourcing and testing of fabrics.
We value pre-production processes because it very important for efficient production. Planning is needed for material sourcing, production capacity and line planning. Often, our customers present us with the desired apparel designs on sketches. Our fashion designers then follow up on the pattern making and grading. Based on the patterns, we create samples. We present the samples to our customers and then make adjustment to the patterns if there are any changes.
Once the sample is approved by our customers, we proceed to source for fabric that our customers desired. Through our textile suppliers and textile mills, we source for the suitable fabric and then do fabric testing to ensure that the fabric colour does not discoloured. We also determine the shrinking of the fabric before any mass production takes place. Important details are noted and certain procedures are to be followed. Keeping costs down is crucial to the success of any production establishment.
In the material management environment, the final details to the order is confirmed. This begins when the customers confirm the quantity, shipping date and other terms related with the apparel export order. We then pass on all the details to the production team.
When the production team received the order, they will decide which production line it will go into. A production line plan is created to keep track of all changes. During the fabric relaxation, the fabric is tested and inspected. Cutting of the fabric proceeds and then the cut fabric are passed on to the sewing department for the construction of the garments.
