How long will I receive my purchase?
Different countries uses different shipping couriers. Our products are being shipped out from our Thailand and China where our warehouses are based. If your country of origin is near to Thailand or China, you will receive your purchase faster. Please allow 10 to 30 days to receive your purchase as Thai Wholesale Clothing ships worldwide and shipping time depends on your country of origin. This time period also takes into considersation of packing and delivery to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?
As this is is a wholesale purchase, we will only allow return of products only if the wrong products are sent or wrong colors of the products sent. For those who are receiving your products in your home country, the exchange/return has to be requested within 14 days from the time you receive your item. Any exchange or return requested after the time frame will not be accepted.

The return address will be emailed to you after your exchange request has been approved. To be eligible for exchanges/returns, the item must is in its original conditions received, packed in its original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact if any). However, if the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return or exchange.
Processing time for exchanges may takes up to 15-30 business working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays/Eves of Public Holidays) from the day the item has been received as this this is a cross-countries exchange/return.
In the event the item is out of stock, store credits (valid for 3 months) will be issued. Cash refunds are strictly not allowed. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-creditable. thaiwholesaleclothing.com will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without a tracking number.
Can I return if the order that I received is incorrect or defective?
We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item. In the case of a defect item, kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days, attached together with a snapshot of the defect clearly. . Our customer service will attend to you within 1-2 working days. To be eligible for exchanges, the item must is in its original conditions received original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact if any).If there are still available stocks for the defect item, We will arrange for a one-to-one exchange. In the event the defect item is out of stock, a refund via coupon code of the amount of the returned purchase will be issued.
Defective items DO NOT include the following;

Product measurements are provided based on the best accuracy.
Measurements stated on the website may vary 0.5’ to 0.75’ due to mass production.
In the case that the measurement deviation is >0.75’, the item can be exchanged for a smaller fitting. Coupon code with refunded amount will be issued if the item is out of stock.
